Mamacita is an online directory that aggregates publicly available metadata (model usernames, live thumbnails, viewer counts, profile URLs) from third-party adult cam streaming platforms. Mamacita does not produce, manufacture, publish, reproduce, or create any of the visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct referenced on this site.
All content linked from Mamacita originates from third-party cam platforms including but not limited to Stripchat, CamSoda, BongaCams, and others. Those platforms are the primary producers and/or secondary producers of the depictions and are responsible for their own compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Mamacita claims the exemption described in 28 C.F.R. §75.7 and 18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(2)(B)(v) for content that is not created, produced, or edited by the directory operator. The site merely provides a hyperlink to third-party content hosted and produced by the originating cam platform.
