DMCA Takedown Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Mamacita respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

What Mamacita Is

Mamacita is a directory of publicly available metadata (model names, thumbnails, viewer counts) from third-party adult cam platforms. We link to external content; we do not host streams, recordings, or user-uploaded media.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe metadata displayed on Mamacita (a thumbnail, a model username, or linked material) infringes your copyright, submit a notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. The specific URL(s) on Mamacita where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
DMCA Agent email: dmca@latina.cam
Response time: up to 72 hours for valid notices.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with:

  1. Your signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any jurisdiction where Mamacita may be found).

Repeat Infringers

Although Mamacita does not host user-generated content, repeated valid takedown notices against the same source platform will result in that platform being deprioritized or removed from our directory.

Third-Party Content

For content hosted by third-party cam platforms (Stripchat, CamSoda, BongaCams, etc.), contact those platforms directly; they are the primary hosts and their own DMCA agents handle such notices.
