By accessing or using Mamacita (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

2. Nature of the Service

Mamacita is an informational directory that aggregates publicly available metadata from third-party adult cam platforms. We do not host, stream, produce, or sell any adult content. All linked content is hosted, owned, and operated by third parties.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Scrape, harvest, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract content from the Service.

Mamacita participates in affiliate programs (including CrakRevenue). Outbound links may earn us a commission when you sign up or make a purchase on the linked platform. This does not affect the price you pay.

The Service's design, layout, original text, and compilation of metadata are protected by copyright and other laws. Thumbnails and model data originate from third-party platforms and remain their property. Use the Service for personal, non-commercial browsing only.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or that any specific model will be online at any given time.
