This Privacy Policy explains how Mamacita ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit mamacita.cam (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Mamacita is an adult entertainment directory that aggregates publicly-broadcast live cam performances from third-party platforms. We do not host video content ourselves and we do not employ performers. Performers are operated by third-party platforms (notably Chaturbate).

2. Information we collect

• Navigation data: page views, referrer URL, timestamp, language, country (derived from IP). Stored for up to 12 months.
• Cookies & identifiers: a first-party session cookie for your quiz progress and click attribution; ad-network cookies from ExoClick (third party) if you interact with ads.
• Push subscription: if you opt in, your browser endpoint + encryption keys (encrypted AES-256-GCM at rest) to deliver notifications. You can revoke at any time via browser settings.
• Email (optional): only if you voluntarily submit it in the quiz results page.
• Quiz answers: the choices you make during the 5-question quiz, stored against a randomly-generated session id.
• Affiliate tracking: when you click out to a third-party cam platform we pass a click identifier so we can receive commission attribution; this does not identify you personally to us.

We do not collect: real name, address, phone, payment data, government IDs, or biometrics.

3. How we use information

• Operate and improve the Site and the quiz funnel.
• Measure traffic quality, conversions, and ROI of advertising campaigns.
• Send push notifications you opted in to receive (no more than 3 per week).
• Detect and prevent abuse, bots, and fraud.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies

We use:

• Strictly-necessary cookies — session id for quiz progress and click-id for attribution. Cannot be disabled.
• Performance cookies — aggregate analytics (no cross-site tracking by us).
• Advertising cookies — set by ExoClick, Chaturbate affiliate network, and similar partners when you see or interact with their content. See their privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Doing so may break quiz progress and push subscriptions.

5. Third parties

We share minimal data with:

• Chaturbate (affiliate network) — click identifiers only, at the moment you click out to their site.
• ExoClick (advertising) — anonymous ad-impression data.
• Netlify (hosting) — standard server logs.
• Google Search Console / Bing Webmaster — aggregate search performance only.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

6. Data retention

• Session cookies: up to 30 days.
• Click identifiers: up to 90 days (for conversion reconciliation).
• Quiz answer blobs: up to 180 days.
• Push subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or the browser endpoint expires (~90 days of inactivity).
• Aggregate analytics: up to 24 months.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / LGPD)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email privacy@mamacita.cam. We will respond within 30 days.

Right to opt out of sale/sharing: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under CCPA.

8. Children

The Site is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has used the Site, please contact privacy@mamacita.cam.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in servers located outside your country (United States, European Union, Brazil). We rely on standard contractual clauses and the security measures of our hosting providers (Netlify, Cloudflare) to protect transferred data.

10. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, HSTS preload, encrypted-at-rest Netlify Blobs (AES-256-GCM), Basic Auth on admin endpoints, and rate limiting on all write endpoints. No system is 100% secure; if a breach occurs we will notify affected users per applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
